Compass Group UK&I Medirest is seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee Healthcare catering and service operations on a part-time basis (21 hours per week). You will manage kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food and customer service, while guiding teams to meet KPIs and uphold Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and service.
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance.
