Job summary

Medirest, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor in Healthcare to oversee catering and service operations on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences.

You will lead culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards, and represent the brand with pride.

Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing teams in a catering setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills required.
• Hold a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-standard food.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure service quality.
• Monitor KPIs and targets in collaboration with your line manager.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold brand image.
• Liaise between customers and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and lead teams to excel in their roles.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all areas.
