Job summary

Medirest in the United Kingdom is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee healthcare catering operations on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences.

You will lead culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and uphold Health & Safety standards while representing Compass Group UK&I to customers.

Qualifications

• Two years catering experience or more.
• Experience managing teams in a catering setting.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate KPIs and targets with your line manager.
• Represent Medirest/Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support your teams to excel in their roles.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all teams.
