Job summary

InHealth Group Limited is seeking a part-time Health Screener to support our Surrey DES Programme across clinics including Horley, Oxted, Redhill, Dorking, Epsom, Leatherhead, Cranleigh, Guildford and Woking, with other venues as needed. The role is 22.5 hours per week, 8:30am–4:30pm, Mon–Wed, with potential flexibility.

Starting as a screener, you will receive on-the-job training toward a Health Screener Diploma. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and access to a car for travel to clinics.
• Willing to undertake on-the-job training to complete Health Screener Diploma.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patients.
• flexibility with working days and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients are welcomed and comfortable during the screening process.
• Complete the screening checklist to ensure a safe screening environment.
• Perform camera checks and maintain equipment to obtain quality images.
• Safely administer eye drops to enlarge pupils and capture proper photographs.
• Identify patients requiring urgent referral during screening appointments.
• Maintain stock of consumables to run the clinic effectively.
