The Ministry of Justice in Maidstone is seeking a part-time Health, Safety and Fire Practitioner (18.5 hours) to provide first-line advice and support on HSF and litigation management within the National Service - Estates, Health, Safety, Litigation and Safety Group.

You will work under the Senior HS&F Advisor, coordinating establishment-level administration, facilitating risk-based safety activities, incident investigations, and delivery of training and assurance activities across

• Experience in health, safety and fire management within establishments.
• Ability to provide first line HSF guidance and training.
• Knowledge of governance and risk management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and manage incident records (accidents, near misses, fires).
• Coordinate DSE assessments and ergonomic advice as needed.
• Deliver HSF and fire safety training and guidance to staff and managers.
• Support risk management and governance processes and reporting.
• Liaise with establishments and external stakeholders on safety plans.
