Job summary

Glue Resourcing is seeking a Part Time Head of Finance in Norwich. The role involves leading finance, forecasting, budgeting and commercial insight for a growing SME transitioning from LLP to an incorporated company.

You will partner with the senior leadership team, review and strengthen processes, and drive profitability and efficiency across the business. This is a hands-on, collaborative role requiring strong technical finance capability.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified with proven technical finance capability and commercial awareness.
• Experience in SME or entrepreneurial growth environments.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience with ability to turn data into meaningful commercial insight.
• Experience improving finance processes, controls and reporting.
• Hands-on, collaborative and proactive approach.
• Ability to work across functions and challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Manager and senior leadership with financial management.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making.
• Support management accounts and ensure timely, accurate financial information.
• Collaborate with external tax accountants.
• Assist transition from LLP to incorporated company.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities and profitability improvements.
• Work with other departments to drive performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to business projects with financial input.
• Develop the finance team.
