Integral Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of Finance (part-time) in Norwich for a 3-day-a-week in-office role. The position offers strong financial leadership, forecasting and commercial insight to help scale a turnover from £12m toward £15m and beyond, with planned transition from an LLP to an incorporated company.

You will work with the senior leadership team to strengthen controls, drive budgeting and forecasting, and deliver actionable financial information for strategic planning.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified with proven technical finance capability and commercial awareness.
• Experience in a growing SME or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting and ability to turn financial data into commercial insight.
• Experience improving finance processes, controls and reporting.

• Support the Finance Manager and senior leadership with financial management.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and commercial insight to support decisions.
• Ensure management accounts are accurate, timely and useful for business.
• Collaborate with external tax accountants and cross-functional teams.
