Little Hadham Veterinary Practice is seeking a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse for a part-time maternity cover role from March 2027 to January 2028. You will act as Head Nurse, providing clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensuring high standards of care, governance and compliance.

The role encompasses nurse consultations, theatre support, and day-to-day practice leadership within a friendly three-vet team and supportive hospital facilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced RVN
• Leadership experience would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead nurse consultations and theatre/surgical support
• Inpatient care and nursing team leadership
• Support day-to-day running and ensure clinical governance and compliance
• Provide reception support and practice administration as required
• Deliver exceptional patient and client care
