Miller & Carter – Basingstoke is seeking a Part Time Head Bartender to lead our bar team and elevate our drink offering, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service.

You’ll manage stock and assist in ordering, mentor staff, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety on a day-to-day basis. This is a flexible role within a renowned steak-house brand that values teamwork and outstanding guest experiences.

Formación

• Experience leading a bar team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong mixology and drinks preparation skills.
• Ability to train and develop junior bar staff.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety in the bar.

As a Part Time Head Bartender atMiller & Carter - Basingstoke, you will bring your experience and passion to lead ateam whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the baris stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through yourexample and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your barteam to success.
