Job summary

Miller & Carter Cardiff Bay is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team, model outstanding service, and act as the mixologist for our drink offering, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. You will support the General Manager with stock ordering, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and train colleagues to deliver consistent, high‑quality drinks and hospitality.

As Head Bartender atMiller & Carter - Cardiff Bay, you will bring your experience and passion to lead a team whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar team to success.
