Miller & Carter Cardiff Bay is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team, act as mixologist for our drink offering, and drive training and development. You’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and model exceptional service to guests.

Formación

• Experience as head bartender or senior bartender in a busy venue.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent customer service and guest handling.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation.

As Head Bartender at Miller & Carter - Cardiff Bay, you will bring your experience and passion to lead a team whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar team to success.
