Job summary

Miller & Carter - St Albans, part of Mitchells & Butler's plc, is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team with a focus on exceptional drinks and service. You will develop your team, drive day-to-day operations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in a busy restaurant environment.

You’ll also play a key role in stock management, training, and maintaining guest satisfaction across shifts, while embracing Mitchells & Butler's values and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a bar team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and develop staff to meet standards.
• Strong mixology knowledge and drink presentation.
• Flexibility to work shifts and manage bar operations.

As Head Bartender atMiller & Carter - St Albans, you will bring your experience and passion to lead a team whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar team to success.
