Nuffield Health in Cambridge is seeking a Duty Manager for our Fitness and Wellbeing Club. The role covers the smooth running of the club, opening/closing duties, delivering exceptional member experiences and supporting a high-performing team.

You will bring sales experience, excellent communication, and a can-do attitude. The position offers part-time hours (32 per week) with commission opportunities and a range of wellbeing benefits including gym membership and health assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Willingness to learn and support Lifeguard duties.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the benefits that only Nuffield Health provides.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
