GP Practice is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our Wolverhampton surgery. The role focuses on welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, and supporting clinical staff in delivering care.

You will be the first point of contact, helping patients access services and ensuring smooth front-desk operations at our on-site facility in WV10 8RN. This position is permanent and requires a friendly, organised approach.

Responsibilities

• To facilitate patients accessing the clinical care provided by the practice.
• To support the GP's and Nurses in providing that care.
• To act as first point of contact for anyone accessing the practice. Accountable to the General Practitioner (for medical matters) Practice Manager (for all other matters)
