Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• BPSS clearance required: willing to complete BPSS screening.
• Right to Work documentation at induction.
• Comfortable working alone.
• Willingness to act as a key holder and operate an alarm system.
• Ability to use a telephone-based attendance system.
• Reliable and punctual; able to work early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Working independently to complete cleaning duties.
• Follow site health and safety procedures.
• Use clocking-in and clocking-out system.
• Follow site security procedures, including key holding and alarm operation.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated shift.
• Clean offices, communal areas, corridors and washrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Dust and sanitise desks and surfaces.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste.
• Replenish washroom supplies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
