Job summary

Concept Resources are recruiting a reliable Part-Time Cleaner to work at a government office in Barnet. The role is long-term temporary with early morning shifts and requires BPSS clearance.

You will clean offices, washrooms, corridors and common areas, vacuum, mop and replenish supplies, following site health and safety rules and using a clocking system. Ability to work alone is essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• BPSS clearance required.
• Right to Work documentation at induction.
• Comfortable working alone.
• Willingness to act as a key holder and operate an alarm system.

Responsibilities

• Working independently and completing all allocated cleaning duties.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
• Using the mandatory telephone clocking-in and clocking-out system.
• Following site security procedures, including key holding and alarm operation where required.
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed within the allocated shift.

Duties

• - Cleaning offices, communal areas, corridors and washrooms.
• - Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• - Dusting and sanitising desks, surfaces and high-touch areas.
• - Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• - Replenishing washroom supplies.
• - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
