Job summary

Concept Resources are recruiting for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Cleaner to work at a government office in Spennymoor. This long-term temporary position is ideal for someone with cleaning experience who is seeking consistent early morning hours.

You will clean offices, washrooms and corridors, vacuum, mop and dust surfaces while following site health and safety procedures. BPSS clearance is required and you must have Right to Work documents.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working independently and completing all allocated cleaning duties.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
• Using the mandatory telephone clocking-in and clocking-out system.
• Following site security procedures, including key holding and alarm operation where required.
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed within the allocated shift.
