Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a part-time delivery driver to provide frozen meals to customers and support our coldstore operations. The role includes 16 hours per week across any 2 days in a 6-day window, with bank holidays included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability and basic education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use our app to update customer deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as needed.
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Assist the team when required.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops.
