Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a part-time Supervisor to help ensure smooth operations across a major High Street brand. The role is contracted to 30 hours per week and focuses on maintaining quality standards while supporting a growing team.

You will lead frontline staff, manage rotas, assist with stock and bookwork, and uphold food hygiene and health and safety standards. The company offers a supportive environment that rewards initiative and provides opportunities for development within one

Qualifications

Experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Team player with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
Being a responsible key holder.
Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
