Job summary

The CFO HQ in Cardiff is seeking a qualified Financial Controller to lead financial control, reporting and accounting across a multi-entity group, reporting to the Finance Director.

You will own the monthly close, consolidation, balance sheet controls, and cash flow analysis, while supporting statutory accounts and external audits to ensure transaction readiness.

Offer includes a flexible hybrid pattern with ~20% office time in Cardiff and paid travel expenses for related duties.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Direct involvement in business transactions and due diligence.
• Experience in multi-entity group environments.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting and governance.
