Sharp Consultancy in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Part-time Finance Manager to own the finance function and provide clear, commercially focussed financial insight to the senior management team. reporting into the COO, you’ll manage the day-to-day finance activities and contribute to strategic decisions.

You’ll oversee monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow, while maintaining robust controls and supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting or financial management.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent desirable.
• Able to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Maintain strong financial controls and balance sheet integrity.
• Analyse profitability, margins, costs and operational impact.
• Oversee VAT, year-end accounts, and liaison with external accountants.
