Bond Williams is seeking a Part-Time Finance Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function from their Poole office. You will handle transactional and month-end accounting, including ledgers, reconciliations, VAT, payroll checks, and year-end liaison with external accountants.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, solid communication, and independence in managing multiple finance processes for a growing SME.

• Experience supporting year end accounts and reporting packs.

Responsabilités

• Manage sales and purchase ledgers.
• Oversee credit control and supplier payments.
• Carry out bank and PayPal reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT returns and reconciliations.
• Check payroll and pension administration.
• Handle foreign currency transactions.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments and fixed assets.
• Prepare stock journals and quarterly management reports.
• Support year-end accounts preparation and liaise with external accountants.

Part-Time Finance Officer (3 Days per Week) required for a stable and growing SME. Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function from their Poole office.

You will be involved in all aspects of transactional and month-end accounting, including:

• Sales and purchase ledger management
• Credit control and supplier payments
• Bank and PayPal reconciliations
• VAT returns and related reconciliations
• Payroll checking, payments and pension administration
• Foreign currency transactions and overseas supplier payments
• Accruals, prepayments and fixed asset accounting
• Stock journals and quarterly management reporting
• Supporting year end accounts preparation and liaison with external accountants
