Job summary

World Wide Group in Leeds is seeking a part-time Finance Manager to own all finance activities across the business. The role covers ledgers, cash flow and month-end processes in a multi-currency environment.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, VAT returns, and statutory reporting using QuickBooks and advanced Excel, with international exposure desirable. This office-based post requires strong analytical skills and accuracy across financial tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with repeated iterations of financial calculations and modelling.
• Competent in financial disciplines and the use of financial software QuickBooks.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ideally have international experience and / or experience with multi-currency transactions.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Purchase ledger processing.
• Preparation of both monthly accounts and statutory year end reporting.
• Cash flow management.
• Generating monthly management accounts.
• Managing foreign currency floats.
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
