The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to strengthen controls, drive efficiency and support a planned transition from LLP to incorporated company, with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified with proven technical finance capability and commercial awareness.
• Experience in growing SME or entrepreneurial environment through scaling.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting ability and turning data into commercial insights.
• Experience improving finance processes, controls and reporting.
• Hands-on, collaborative and proactive with cross-functional impact.

Responsabilités

• Support Finance Manager and senior leadership with financial management.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial insight.
• Support management accounts and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with external tax accountants.
• Guide non-finance colleagues during transition from LLP to incorporated company.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Work with other business areas to boost performance.
• Contribute to broader projects using financial expertise.
• Support development of the finance team.
