Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Managing Partner for Finance & Strategy on a part-time basis. You will own the finance function, shape the growth strategy, and partner with the CEO to implement scalable financial infrastructure and processes.

This role emphasizes forward-looking financial leadership, commercial insight and the ability to drive change in a high-growth environment, including SaaS or technology contexts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior finance or financial leadership.
• Experience in SaaS, technology or high-growth environments.
• Strong P&L management, cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
• Proven ability to transform finance function.
• Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own finance function and lead transformation.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Develop budgets, models and scenarios.
• Lead financial decisions with CEO and leadership team.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to drive growth and profitability.
• Establish KPIs and meaningful management reporting.
