Adecco is seeking a Managing Partner for Finance & Strategy in the United Kingdom. This part-time role leads the finance function and combines financial expertise with strategic growth, working closely with the CEO and leadership team.

You will transform finance systems, manage cash flow and forecasting, and build scalable processes suited to a SaaS/high-growth environment. This is not a historical reporting role; you’ll drive forward-looking change.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior finance or financial leadership.
• Experience in SaaS, technology or high-growth business.
• Strong P&L management, cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
• Proven ability to transform finance function.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance function and drive transformation to support growth.
• Review systems, processes, reporting, controls and team capabilities.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, budgeting and financial planning.
• Develop scalable financial infrastructure and KPIs.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on strategy.
