Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is hiring a part-time Finance leader to provide financial leadership, performance analysis and business partnering with the MD and senior leadership. The role focuses on budgeting, governance, cost control and KPI tracking to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will analyse costs, prepare management reports, and support transformation projects while maintaining strong financial governance and ESG commitments; hybrid, 20 hours per week,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Understanding of KPI development, profitability analysis, cost control and business performance management.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Qualified finance professional (ACA, CIMA or ACCA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership, performance analysis and business partnering with the MD and senior leadership.
• Stress test business strategy financially and integrate into budgeting processes.
• Monitor costs, drive cost efficiency and profitability through KPI tracking.
• Lead monthly business reviews and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Support group-led transformation and growth projects with robust financial analysis.
