Arts University Plymouth is seeking a Finance Assistant on a fixed-term basis to support the university’s finance team with day-to-day financial operations.

You’ll process invoices, maintain financial records, assist with reconciliations and budget tracking, and help answer supplier and staff queries. The part-time role is 22.2 hours per week, Band 3 salary (£15,969) with a 12-month contract; closing date 2 November 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in finance administration.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process invoices and maintain financial records.
• Assist with reconciliations and budget tracking.
• Handle card/payments queries and supplier statements.
• Support Accounts Payable processing and General Ledger reconciliations.
