Qualifications

• AAT Level 2 qualification or relevant practical experience.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• DBS checks and Update Service advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, supplier invoices and payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain records.
• Process staff expenses, credit card transactions, and sales invoices.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes and audits.
