Financial Administrator - 12-month contract

Part-Time - 20–25 hours across 5 days

Swansea

£25-26,000 based on full-time hours

This role is to cover a period of maternity leave for at least 12 months. It offers a great opportunity for an organized administrator to join a Swansea-based organization on a part-time basis. You need to be highly organized, passionate about customer service, and committed to delivering excellence to clients and customers. The role is within a finance team; therefore, a good understanding of bookkeeping, either from studies such as AAT or experience in a finance role, is required.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Cash management & Credit Control
  2. Daily cash and bank reconciliations
  3. Payment allocation and management of client balances
  4. Customer accounts administration and maintenance
  5. Invoicing
  6. Supporting the wider finance function, including accounts payable

You do not need direct finance experience to be suitable for this role, but you should be a proven administrator with experience in an office environment and an understanding of the financial principles behind sales and purchase ledger processing.
