Job summary

UKCIL Ltd in Bury is seeking a Male Personal Assistant (PA) to provide personal care and daily-activity support to a 40-year-old male wheelchair user. The role is job-share optional, with 37.5 core hours Mon–Fri 09:00–16:30.

You must be a UK citizen, literate in English, able to drive (25+ with a valid UK licence) and non-smoker on duty. Training provided; rate £14.52 per hour with 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata. Hours may vary with occasional socio-recreational activities.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Must be a UK citizen/national (no sponsorship available).
• Literate in English; able to work flexibly.
• Driver aged 25+ with a valid UK driving licence; non-smoker on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily-activity support to the client.
• Support the client to achieve goals and maintain activity levels.
• Work hours: 37.5 core hours per week, Mon–Fri 09:00–16:30, plus 7.5 social hours.
