Job summary

Cancer Research UK’s Basildon Superstore is seeking a part-time Superstore Supervisor for the clothing/fashion department. You will be responsible for the commercial running of the department, including display, merchandising, stock management, store layout and driving sales and income.

You will lead by example, work with the store management team to meet targets for donated stock, cash, Gift Aid, and average selling price, while supporting fundraising events and deputising as needed.

Qualifications

Experience supervising a diverse team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the commercial running of the clothing/fashion department, including display, merchandising, stock management, store layout, sales and income.

Support fundraising events for the store and deputise for management when required.
