Job summary

CRA Consulting seeks a Family Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join a Derbyshire firm on a part-time, hybrid basis. You will manage a private family caseload and deliver high-quality client service during pivotal moments in clients’ lives.

The role offers flexible hours, pro rata annual leave, and clear career development within a supportive, friendly team. You can work from Bakewell, Buxton or Matlock offices.

Qualifications

• 3 years PQE or equivalent experience in Family Law
• Experience managing own Family Law caseload
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Compassionate and practical approach to supporting clients
• Strong organisational and case management skills
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a close-knit team

Responsibilities

• Manage your own varied caseload of privately funded Family Law matters
• Deliver an exceptional level of service to clients
• Handle divorce and financial remedy matters
• Manage private children disputes
• Advise on cohabitation and nuptial agreements
• Support clients through difficult family law issues
