Job summary

Qualifications

• Literate and numerate with ability to complete relevant paperwork.
• Fluent English written and spoken to an acceptable standard.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and operate cleaning equipment.
• Experience in domestic cleaning or hospital cleaning environments.
• Experience in customer service interactions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wards and hospital areas through daily cleaning.
• Provide patient catering support as required.
• Work as part of the Hotel Services team to deliver high quality service.
• Respond promptly to work requests and meet ward needs.
