Job summary

Vicon is seeking a part-time Facilities & Health & Safety Coordinator for the Yarnton site in Oxfordshire. The role is 15 hours per week, ideally weekday mornings, reporting to the COO and taking ownership of H&S administration and facilities tasks.

You will act as main contact for building, coordinate contractors, manage utilities and purchase orders in NetSuite, oversee cleaning, catering, and safety procedures, and produce monthly summaries.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, office management, or building services coordination.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and prioritising urgent issues.
• Familiarity with basic building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems).
• Experience with purchase orders and invoice approvals (NetSuite or similar).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the building and contractors.
• Log, triage and coordinate reactive maintenance with contractors.
• Schedule and supervise routine contractor visits and sign off works.
• Oversee cleaning contract and day-to-day standards in facilities.
• Produce a concise monthly facilities summary for the COO.
