Job summary

Cooper Parry is seeking a practical and reliable Maintenance Officer to support the day-to-day upkeep of our Midlands sites, primarily based in Castle Donington. This part‑time role (22.5 hours across 3 days) offers a balance of site presence and flexible working around business needs.

You will handle general maintenance, minor repairs, planned maintenance and respond to facilities requests, ensuring buildings are safe, presentable and well maintained across our Derbyshire offices and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities or building services.
• Practical and confident performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Good problem-solving skills and a ‘fix it’ attitude.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and minor repairs across site facilities.
• Painting, decorating and touch‑ups as required.
• Basic upkeep such as bulb replacements, fuse checks and simple fixes.
• Responding to maintenance requests and coordinating with contractors as needed.
• Maintaining external areas and site safety and cleanliness.
