Job summary

Riverbridge Primary School in Staines, Greater London, is hiring an Early Years Teaching Assistant for 17.5 hours per week, 12.00pm – 3.30pm, term-time plus one week (38 weeks per year). Permanent position with a focus on providing high-quality support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The candidate should have EY experience and a Level 3 childcare qualification, strong communication skills, patience, resilience, flexibility, and the ability to use initiative while following

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Years and holds a Level 3 recognised childcare qualification (training can be provided).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of personal and emotional resilience.
• Lots of patience.
• Capacity to be flexible.
• Ability and confidence to use initiative whilst respecting advice from professionals.
