Job summary

Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking a Part-Time Events Operations Team Member to support a range of events across the hotel. You will work 8 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, delivering authentic hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

The role focuses on providing excellent service, working within a fast-paced events team, and upholding the brand’s 5* service standards. This fixed-term contract runs until January 2027.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week across evenings and weekends.
• Flexible working hours, late finishes and early starts depending on events.
• Be authentic and personable with a can-do attitude.
• Be willing to contribute to service within the Kimpton family.

Responsibilities

• Work across events such as Birthdays, Weddings and Baby Showers to provide customers with excellent service.
• Maintain smooth running of operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver 5* service and meaningful guest interactions.
