Job summary

Horton Housing is seeking a Project Worker for our Bradford-based scheme to support residents with engaging evening activities. The role is part-time and requires contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for people we support.

You will plan and run activities such as cooking lessons, film nights, crafts and games, helping residents learn new skills while providing companionship and support.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and committed to the role and the service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and proactive, with the ability to organise engaging and interesting activities.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security during shifts for residents.
• Consult with residents to arrange activities and events (e.g., cooking, film nights, crafts).
• Log incidents and handovers accurately and maintain professional boundaries.
