Shaftesbury Springbank in Conwy is recruiting a Part Time Enabling Support Worker to provide support in line with the person-centred plan. This permanent role is 15 hours per week and based at Springbank.

You will maintain accurate records and may administer personal care and medication. Sleep-in shifts are paid an additional £60 per sleep-in, supporting 24-hour care with flexibility and commitment to inclusion.

Part Time Enabling Support

Location: Springbank, Conwy

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part Time (15 hours per week)

About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

We operate a range of Supported Living services in Conwy and Denbighshire. Our services provide person‑centred, responsive support for the people we support in their own homes.

Support is available 24 hours a day. Our staff work closely with local GPs, psychologist, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists and community / learning disability nurses where relevant. This ensures support is tailored to the people we support.

Shaftesbury North Wales provides support at a range of properties. Each person has their own bedroom which they can decorate as they choose. We support people to create homely, welcoming environments that they are proud to call their own.
