Job summary

Key in Scotland is seeking a committed Support Worker to empower adults with a range of support needs. You will provide individualized assistance, promote choice and dignity, and work as part of a local team to help people live as independently as possible.

You will join us on flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights when required. A person-centred approach and genuine care for others are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to a person-centred approach.
