Job summary

Bright Horizons Sawbridgeworth Day Nursery and Preschool in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, is seeking a part-time Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities for your key children, supporting their development toward EYFS milestones.

You will create a safe, inclusive learning environment, reflect on activities with colleagues, and build strong partnerships with parents. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification and safeguarding awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to encourage development toward EYFS milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Salary – From: (level 2) £13.50ph and (level 3) £14.04ph (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location – Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, CM21

Hours – Part time Monday-Friday 11am-3pm or similar shifts

Role

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers
