Bright Horizons invites applications for an Early Years Practitioner in Callands, Warrington. The role involves planning, delivering and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to each child to promote development toward milestones, while maintaining a safe environment that supports expression and curiosity.

The position is part-time mornings (7:30am–1:30pm) with a salary of £28,072.60 per annum (full-time equivalent), dependent on qualification and experience, and includes benefits such as

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsabilités

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development toward key milestones.
