Job summary

Bright Horizons Astley Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our team. This part-time role is 4 hours per day, offering a competitive hourly rate of £14.04 and the chance to contribute to the development of young children in a nurturing setting.

You will plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities, ensure a safe learning environment, and build trusted partnerships with colleagues and parents to support children's progress towards EYFS milestones.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to develop trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child’s development milestones.
• Create a safe environment that encourages expression and a lifelong love of learning.
