Job summary

Bright Horizons Epsom Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a part-time role (10:30-14:30, Monday–Friday). The setting is in Epsom, Surrey, with a warm, child-focused environment and strong HEART culture.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities for key children, ensure safeguarding, and collaborate with families and staff to support child development.

Qualifications

• Must have full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Demonstrates passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and implement engaging activities tailored to key children.
• Maintain a safe environment and support lifelong learning attitudes.
• Develop trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
