Job summary

Bright Horizons Astley is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join the Bright Flex/Bank team at our Astley nursery. You will support colleagues with EYFS delivery, engaging children in educational activities and helping with daily tasks such as room tidying and preparation.

The role offers flexible shifts and the chance to work as part of a supportive team. We welcome applicants with a Level 3 Early Years qualification, experience with children, and a passion for making learning fun.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience with children in roles such as Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in entertaining and educational activities toward key milestones.
• Support delivery of EYFS and assist with day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
