Job summary

Bright Horizons WoodLand Day Nursery and Preschool in Gaydon, Warwickshire, is seeking a part-time Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3). Starting salary £13.50-£14.04 per hour, 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri, on-site at the Jaguar Land Rover site.

You will plan engaging activities, support children from 3 months to 5 years, and work with families and colleagues to foster a love of learning in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Encourage development towards key milestones.
• Create a safe environment for expression and learning.
