Bright Horizons WoodLand Day Nursery and Preschool seeks a full-time Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3) to support children from 3 months to 5 years. The role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities, with a safe, nurturing environment on a trust-based team.

You will work on the Warwickshire site near Gaydon, with opportunities for professional development and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification is required.
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child.
• Maintain a safe environment that supports expression and a lifelong love of learning.
