Heron Foods in Ribbleton, Preston is seeking a Duty Manager for a part-time role. You will lead the team, ensure smooth store operations, and uphold excellent customer service standards within a busy retail setting.

The position is 18 hours per week, offering a dynamic, rewarding environment with opportunities for growth and responsibility, including opening/closing duties as a keyholder.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience as Retail Supervisor or Duty Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Proactive and energetic approach to managing a dynamic retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver results.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle queries.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked store and presentable environment.
• Drive sales and profitability through performance and efficiency.
• Act as keyholder and manage store in the absence of the Store Manager.
