Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for the Cannock Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This part‑time role (24 hours per week) involves running the club on shift, driving member satisfaction, and supporting teammates to maintain the highest service standards.

You will lead by example, oversee safety, and contribute to meeting sales targets. Training for Lifeguard duties may be required; a proactive, customer‑focused attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; open/close during shifts.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and engage with members to build relationships.

• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Willing to swim to a high standard and undergo site training for Lifeguard breaks.
